I. CELLULASE (TEXTILE GRADE)

1. Specifications
(1) Acid Cellulase (a special designed formulation)
(2) Model No.: Celzyme-TAC
(3) Character: Powder form with slight fermentation flavour
(4) Enzyme Activity: 10, 000u/g or higher
(5) Effective pH: 4.5-5.5 with pH4.8 at the optimum rate
(6) Effective temperature: 40-60° C with 55° C at the optimum rate

(1) Neutral Cellulase (a special designed formulation)
(2) Model No.: Celzyme-TNC
(3) Character: Powder form with slight fermentation flavour
(4 )Enzyme Activity: 1, 000u/g or higher
(5) Effective pH: 5.5-7.5 with pH6.5-7.0 at the optimum rate
(6) Effective temperature: 40-60 with 55° C at the optimum rate

2. Functions
(1) The effect of snowflake, stereoscopic and color brightness can be further improved
(2) Less damage to garment/less wear on machines/less pumice dust
(3) Reducing enviromental impact during the stonewashing process
(4) Gives the fabric a much lower pilling tendency
(5) A softer, smoother feel and superior color brightness
(6) Improve the water absorptivity and fabric drape coefficient

II. CELLULASE (PURE GRADE)

Specifications
(1) Model No: Celzyme-PC
(2) Enzyme Activity: 10, 000U/g, 20, 000U/g or higher
(3) Functions: Used in food, feed, ethanol industries etc.
(4) Form: Powder, Granular, Coated Thermostable
(5) Optimum pH is at 4.8 - 5.2 and temperature of 55 - 60° C
(6) Dosage: Depending the desired effect and based on technical staff's instructions

III. CELLULASE (PAPER GRADE)

The cellulase takes an important roles in the formulation of paper enzymes with details as follows

1. Bleaching enzyme
(1) Model No. Bvzyme-PBA
(2) A compound formulation special designed for paper industry
(3) Character: Powder form with slight fermentation flavour
(4) Effective temperature: 45- 55° C with pH of 6.5-9.5
(5) Pulp consistency: 6%-10% (recommended 8%)
(6) Dosage: 40-50g per ton dry pulp

2. Enzymes For Office Wastepaper Deinking
(1) Model No. Bvzyme-WPD
(2) A compound formulation special designed for paper industry
(3) Character: Powder form with slight fermentation flavour
(4) Effective temperature: 25-60° C with 30oC-40° C at the optimum rate
(5) Effective pH: 5-8 with 6.5-7.5 at the optimum rate
(6) Dosage: 20-50g per ton dry pulp (30g per ton dry pulp is recommended)
(7) Application method: It will be same as the deinking chemicals

3. Refining Enzyme
(1) Apply for Chemi-mechanical pulp and long fiber pulp (neutral value)
(2) Model No.: Bvzyme-PPA-CMN
(3) Effective temperature: 22 - 65° C with 30 - 40° C at the optimum rate
(4) Effective pH value: 5 - 8 with 6.5 - 7.5 at the optimum rate
(5) Optimum dosage: 45 - 70g per ton dry pulp

(1) Apply for Chemi-mechanical pulp and long fiber pulp (acidic value)
(2) Model No.: Bvzyme-PPA-CMC
(3) Effective temperature: 22 - 65° C with 30 - 40° C at the optimum rate
(4) Effective pH value: 5 - 8 with 4.5-6 at the optimum rate
(5) Optimum dosage: 45 - 70g per ton dry pulp

(1) Apply for Tissue paper pulp
(2) Model No.: Bvzyme-PPA-TP
(3) Effective temperature: 22 - 65° C with 30 - 40° C at the optimum rate
(4) Effective pH value: 5 - 8 with 6.5 - 7.5 at the optimum rate
(5) Optimum dosage: 10-45g per ton dry pulp

(1) Apply for Recycled paper and paperboard
(2) Model No.: Bvzyme-PPA-RP
(3) Effective temperature: 28 - 65° C with 45-55° C at the optimum rate
(4) Effective pH value: 4.8-7.5 with 5.8-6.3 at the optimum rate
(5) Optimum dosage: 20-50g per ton dry pulp
